This is not the first such incident when patients had to suffer for the callous behaviour of hospital officials.

In fact, there is often a dispute about stretchers in this Hospital. Sometimes patients get stretchers and sometimes they do not. Even if the stretcher is found, the associate of patient wanders for treatment with the patient.

Speaking to ETV Bharat regarding the incident, GSVM Medical College's Principal Dr RB Kamal said, "Such an incident should not happen. Every kind of arrangement is being made in the hospital, but this attitude of the hospital officials is extremely shameful."

"In connection with this case, the hospital superintendent, Dr Jyoti Saxena has been issued a letter asking to investigate the matter and take action on this matter," he said.
