Siddharthnagar: A report of negligence during Covid vaccination has come to light in Uttar Pradesh Health Minister Jai Pratap Singh's home district Siddharthnagar.
During the vaccination, health workers gave the first shot with Covishield and the second dose with Covaxin.
Following which there's panic among the vaccinated people but no side effects have been reported.
Around 20 people of Barhani Primary Health Zone of the district were vaccinated with Covishield on April 2 and the second dose with Covaxin on May 14.

Malati Devi, Chhedilal, Sanehi, Ramkumar, Gopal, Munni, Shahabuddin, Mohammad Ikram Dhobi, Ram Sundar, Radheshyam Shukla, Anarkali, Chandravati, Somna, Belavati, Indra Bahadur, Ramkishore, Urmila Malati Devi, Ramprasad who have received mixed dosage have been kept under observation by the health department.
CMO said a special investigating committee has been formed to investigate the matter. It added that strict action will be taken against those found guilty.
