Ghaziabad: New names are emerging in the case of beating an elderly man in the viral video. Now, the name of a Samajwadi Party (SP) Councilor's husband, Adil Malik has surfaced in this case. The police have also questioned the SP leader, who is from the Ward 90 of Shaheed Nagar. The name of the main accused who is accused of disturbing the communal harmony, Ummed Pahalwan, has divulged the name of Adil Malik, who is an SP leader to UP Police.

Meanwhile, ETV Bharat has also spoken to Adil Malik over the phone on this issue. He said that being a responsible person, he had asked Ummed Pahalwan to help the elderly. Apart from this, he has no role in this matter. He has told the same thing to the police. Adil Malik has said that he will fully cooperate in the investigation of the police. Adil has also added that he has strong evidence with him as well.
