CO City Vidhya Kishore Sharma also reached the spot and tried to pacify the situation. However, all the employees stood their ground and demanded that such policemen who harass and beat up sanitation workers even with lockdown passes and uniforms, be suspended. The employees withdrew only after the CO City promised to take action against such police officers.
