Noida: A shop was gutted when a massive fire broke out at a furniture market at Shahberi in Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida on Sunday.
According to the police, at least half a dozen fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire and no casualties reported.
Speaking over the incident, Arun Kumar, Chief Fire Officer, said that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, although, prima facie short circuit seems to be the reason.
The Fire Department is also assessing how much damage the fire has caused, he added.
