Lucknow: The Bharatiya Janata Party in Uttar Pradesh is in a boisterous mood as it gears up for the 2022 Assembly Elections. The party believes that it will win cross 300 seats (out of the total 400 seats). Talking exclusively to ETV Bharat, Union Minister of State Home Affairs Ajay Mishra said that the "BJP will form the government in UP, winning more than 300 seats". He added that the people of every religion and caste are with the BJP. Opposition parties do politics by dividing the society, but they will not succeed.

On the upcoming Legislative Assembly elections in 2022, the MP from the Lakhimpur Kheri district in Uttar Pradesh said that the current BJP government has done a very good job. People have been directly benefited from the various schemes of the government. He added that after 2007, successive majority governments have been formed in the state. In the last 15 years, people of the state voted SP, BSP and BJP to power. However, some parties have nothing to offer to the people so they resort to the politics of caste and religion.
