Criminal Vikas Dubey's mother demands encounter for son

Expressing grief over the killing of 8 policemen in Kanpur, mother of the history-sheeter Vikas Dubey said that she would not feel sad if her son is killed in a police encounter.

Lucknow: The mother of the history-sheeter Vikas Dubey, who killed 8 policemen in Kanpur, has expressed grief over the incident. In a conversation with ETV Bharat, she said that she would not feel sad if her son is killed in a police encounter.

Eight Uttar Pradesh policemen, including a Deputy Superintendent of Police, were killed when they went to a village in Kanpur in the early hours of Friday to arrest one of the state's most notorious criminals Vikas Dubey.

Vikas Dubey's mother Sarala Devi said that he did not share a good relationship with his brother due to which both people are living separately.

She said that the family members of the policemen who were killed must be going through a very difficult time. She added that they have no objection to whatever punishment her son will get under the law.
