Shamli (Uttar Pradesh): A 45-year-old leader of Azad Samaj Party, identified as Murasleen, was found dead in his car parked at Kairana bypass road here, police said.

Police reached the spot immediately after receiving the information that a body was lying in a car.
Circle Officer (CO), Kairana, Jitender Singh told ETV Bharat that the deceased was identified by his driving licence found from the car.
Murasleen, the police official said, also worked as a property dealer and there was no sign of any injury on his body.
It was also learnt that he had recently joined the Azad Samaj Party.
The body has been sent for postmortem even as the police investigate the case.
