Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Special Operation Team (SOT) on Friday busted a fake visa racket in the Shamshabad zone and arrested three persons for allegedly preparing fake visas for Kuwait.
"Sixteen passports, forged visa documents, stamp pads, fake sponsors’ affidavits and declaration documents along with a laptop and printer were seized from the arrested persons," the police official said.
The police official further said, "On the complaint of Kashi Kumari, a resident of East Godavari district, the SOT of Shamshabad Zone took prompt action and apprehended the accused from a hotel."
The arrested were identified as Rellu Kubender Rao, 32, Shaik Basheer Ahmed, 60, and Balu Prasad.
