Karthi, an app developer from Coimbatore, has created a mini-robot to avoid crowded places. Anyone can send this battery operated mini robot to any crowded place to buy essential items or it can be used in hospitals to avoid direct contact with people.

Coimbatore: To prevent the spread of COVID-19, central and state governments have advised that people coming out of their house to buy essential item need to follow hygiene and should maintain one-meter distance from one another.

To help people to follow the guidelines given by the government, Karthi, an app developer from Coimbatore, has created a mini-robot to avoid crowd places.

Anyone can send this mini robot to any crowded place to buy essential items or it can be used in hospitals to avoid direct contact with people.

People from any part of the world can control this mini robot with the help of a mobile app.

The Robot can carry a maximum weight of 30 kg and it is battery-operated.

This robot can also be used to supply medical items and other essential products for Coronavirus patients.

Karthik said that if we enhance the feature of this mini robot, it could be used in the military and police in future.
