Chennai: Popular Tamil TV Actress VJ Chitra (28) has died by suicide early this morning in Chennai. She found dead by hanging in a private resort located in Nazarethpettai, outskirts of Chennai.
She was doing the role of Mullai in the Popular Vijay TV Serial titled as Pandian Stores and she also did the title role in Velu Naachi on ColorsTamil.
Before she turned into television actress, she began her career as an anchor in TV channels for various programmes and earned fan base.
Following her sudden demise, various celebrities of South expressed their grief through Twitter.
