Video of school kids doing construction work goes viral in Rajasthan

In a shocking video that has gone viral for all the wrong reasons, school children in Bharatpur can be seen doing labour work for the construction of the school ground after they are paid wages as well.

Bharatpur (Rajasthan): A shocking video of government school children in Barauli Chauth, Bharatpur, carrying construction materials from one place to another, has gone viral forcing the District Collector to initiate an enquiry into the incident.

In the video which has gone viral for all the wrong reasons, small school children wearing uniforms can be seen carrying bricks for the construction of the school ground after which they are paid wages as well.

School authorities had hired labourers for the construction work but when labourers are less in number, school children are made to do the work.

District collector, Nathmal Didel while talking about the issue said that the matter has come to his notice and he has ordered an enquiry as to why children were made to do the labour work and strict action will be taken against the people who are responsible for it.
