Kota: Police have arrested a man for allegedly killing his father a few days ago after a dispute with him, sources said.
It is learnt that the accused, identified as Rohit, was in an inebriated condition when he attacked his father Mukesh after a minor argument on the intervening night of August 31 and September 1 at their Govind Nagar residence in the city.
Mukesh was immediately taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead, police said.
Rohit, who fled after the incident, was arrested on Friday from the city.
Rohit's family members said that he is an alcoholic and had also killed his little son five years ago by beating him mercilessly. His wife had left him after the incident but no case was registered against him then.
