Bharatpur: A video of 10 miscreants abusing a minor during a party has gone viral on social media.
Consumption of liquor, hashish, hemp and cigarettes is clearly evident in the video, reports said.
The miscreants deleted the videos and photos from Facebook after outrage by social media users.
An inquiry committee was instituted by the higher officials of the Department of Social Justice to investigate the matter.
Gangaram Parashar, chairman of the Child Welfare Committee has filed a complaint to Child Protection Commission and said that stringent action would be sought against the officials who were negligent.
