Jhunjhunu: A Naval officer died after getting electrocuted while on duty in Andhra Pradesh's Visakhapatnam on Sunday night. The officer, Rahul Jangin, was working onboard Indian Naval ship INS Rajput when the incident took place.
However, medical officers tried to give him first aid and made efforts to revive him at INHS Kalyani, but the officer succumbed.
The Naval authorities have ordered a probe into the matter so that this kind of case won't get repeated in future.

Jangin is survived by his parents and two siblings. The mortal remains of Jangir will be flown to his hometown in Jhunjhunu of Rajasthan, where he will be laid to rest with military honours.
