Bharatpur: Ambassador of Vietnam to India Pham Sanh Chau visited the world-famous Keoladeo National Park here on Monday with a 22-member delegation.
Pham Sanh Chau's desire to visit the Keoladeo National Park comes after it has been declared a World Heritage by UNESCO, where he served in an important position.
During his one-day tour, he saw the Bharatpur Development Model, which fulfilled the dream of self-employment in Bharatpur district. Ambassador Chou said that Vietnam's rural development model is very similar to Bharatpur.
The 22-member delegation said that small scale industries are being given a lot of encouragement in Vietnam. Food processing, textile, footwear, coal, steel, cement, glass, tires, paper industries developed here. Along with this, paddy, coffee, rubber, cotton, tea, chilli, soybean, cashew, etc. are also produced in abundance in the agricultural sector, which not only makes the farmers economically competent but also strengthens the economy of the country.
Security forces were deployed at the arrival of Pham Sanh Chau and the delegation. The COVID-19 protocol was also followed.
