Gurdaspur (Punjab): A team of the Border Security Force (BSF) on Friday seized 22 packets of heroin from Chauntra post in Gurdaspur of Punjab.
The BSF has also seized 1 pistol and several bullets from the spot.

The smugglers, however, managed to escape.
The search operation is underway.

BSF recovered 22 packets of heroin 2 magazines, 90 bullets, 1 WiFi dongle and 2 mobile phones from Pillar No. 19/16 of BOP Post of village Dornangala of dinanagar gurdaspur. BSF personnel continue search operation.
