Keonjhar (Odisha): In an unfortunate incident, two elephants were killed and another was injured after being hit by a speeding truck on the NH-20, near Balijodi, falling under Ghatagaon Forest Range in Keonjhar district on Wednesday night.

After crashing into the elephants, the driver lost control of the truck and skidded off the road. However, the driver reportedly fled the spot after the mishap.
On receiving information, forest officials reached the spot on Thursday morning and began an investigation into the incident.
