Odisha Health Minister acquires 80 vehicles in 2 yrs

Odisha Health Minister Naba Das has purchased as many as 80 vehicles including a luxurious car (Mercedes Benz) worth Rs 2 crore in the last two years. Das has purchased a total of 80 new vehicles between 2018 and 2020.

Bhubaneswar: While Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik has property worth Rs 64.98 crore, comprising movable and immovable assets, his cabinet minister Nabakishore Das has stood in the second position after Patnaik.

As per the property statement, Das has purchased 80 new vehicles in two years between 2018 and 2020. Among these vehicles, he has purchased a Mercedes Benz car at a cost of Rs 1.96 crore.

Reportedly, Patnaik's property statement revealed that he has seven bank accounts in various locations such as New Delhi, Bhubaneswar and Hinjilikut in Odisha's Ganjam district.

The CM's movable properties include bank deposits and jewellery worth Rs 1.34 crore.
