Mumbai: Shiv Sena on Monday took a jibe at the Congress party for its dismal performance in the Lok Sabha election, claiming that Rahul Gandhi does not attract people.
In its editorial mouthpiece 'Saamana', the BJP ally stated that the Congress President was not a crowd puller.
"Rahul Gandhi's speeches are not impressive. Is there anything that can inspire a person or the country from whatever he says?" it asked.
Further, it alleged that the Congress party was visionless and has leaders but lacked ground-level party workers.
Shiv Sena, a regional party in Maharashtra, advocates Pro-Marati ideology and has been an alliance partner in NDA since 1998.
