Kamal Nath said, "We may have ideological differences with the RSS and the RSS may have been opposing us but I am not in favour of removal of security from its office."

"The RSS office is one of the six places from where security has been withdrawn. I do not want to go into details but our government does not have double standards on security as the BJP government had."

"The Congress office had no security for the past 15 years, when there was permanent security outside the BJP office. We have continued to maintain that security cover," he said.
