Damoh: Union Minister faces public ire due to lack of facilities in hospital

Damoh: Union Minister Prahlad Singh Patel and BJP leader Rahul Singh Lodhi had to face severe backlash from the family members of Covid patients due to lack of facilities in the District Hospital in Damoh. Public anger erupted in front of the minister against the lack of facilities and general disorder in the district hospital. One family member of a patient also used abusive language in front of the minister.

However, the minister advised the person to stay within limits and use the proper language. However, the minister soon calmed down and assured the family members of the Covid patients that the government is trying to solve all issues.

Damoh is facing close to 100 cases every day and the hospitals are stretched to their limits. There is also a shortage of oxygen. There is anger among the people of Damoh regarding the general disorder and lack of hospital facilities.

People have also alleged that during the by-election, the state Health Minister was camping for 20 days, but he did not pay attention to the health facilities of the district. Due to this, people are trolling administrative officials and leaders fiercely on social media.
