Lokayukta conducts raids at three places of govt official

Raids were conducted at three places of an official working with the Mineral Department as there were complaints of corruption against him. Officials of the Lokayukta team raids are busy checking the documents found during the raids.

Indore: Lokayukta conducted raids at three places of an official working with the Mineral Department here following complaints of corruption against him, official sources said.

The raids were carried out early in the morning and may go on till late in the night, they said.

Official Pradeep Khanna, who was working with the Mineral Department in Indore for a long time, has recently been transferred to Sheopur.

Raids were conducted at the residence of his son also. Documents found from his properties are being checked and it may take time, they said.
