Khargapur (Madhya Pradesh): Five people from the same family were found hanging at their home in Tikamgarh district in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday.
The incident took place at Ward 8 in Khargapur area. The dead included two men, two women and a minor. Meanwhile, the head of the family has been identified as a retired veterinary doctor.
There is growing suspicion about the cause of death as the feet of all the bodies were touching the floor.
We are investigating whether it was suicide or murder, Superintendent of Police Prashant Khare said.
Further investigation in the matter is underway.
