Thiruvananthapuram: The plea filed by Left Democratic Party leaders including former Kerala ministers such as EP Jayarajan and KT Jaleel would be heard on Friday regarding the 2015 Kerala Assembly violence.
It is Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, who will examine the petition.
The court had slammed harshly on the accused as they were not given their statements on the plea that was filed months ago.

The accused in the case are former ministers E.P. Jayarajan, K.T. Jalil, former MLAs K.S. Ajith, K. Kunhammed, C.K. Sadasivan and Sivankutty.
It was on 13th March 2015 that the LDF leaders made a ruckus and also destroyed the public property of the Legislative assembly during KM Mani's budget presentation.
The crime branch has filed a case against them for destroying the public property which cost around two lakhs rupees.
