Pathanamthitta: Police are suspecting a possible murder angle after the body of a middle-aged man was found dead near the SP office under mysterious circumstances in Kerala's Vettipram on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Koshy Thomas, a native of Mekkazhoor. The deceased had no connection with his family and was a wanderer in the city.
As alcohol bottles were found near the dead body, the Forensic team inspected the premises.
Meanwhile, the body has been sent to the Kottayam Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
A probe into the matter is underway.
