Karnataka man constructs camera-shaped home, fulfills his years long dream

A man from Karnataka succeeded in building his dream house which looks like a camera, he has also named his children Canon, Nikon and Epson out of his love for photography.

Bengaluru: Swayed by the love for the camera, a man from Belgaum District of Karnataka has built his two-storey residential building into the shape of a camera which enthrals every passerby.

Ravi Hongal who is a renowned photographer in his district had a dream of building a camera-shaped house. "Since my teenage years it was my dream to own a house which looked like a camera, so I built one. I have worked very hard for it, my wife and children have been my constant support. They always encouraged me. Moreover, out of my love for photography I have named my children based on famous camera companies, Nikon, Canon and Epson," Ravi added.

He says his wife supported him in all his endeavours. "It was initially very difficult to understand his thoughts and dreams but later on I encouraged him to follow his heart. My children have been equally happy. I love our dream home undoubtedly, my husband has put in a lot of efforts to get his dreams materialised," Ravi's wife stated.
