Maoists blow up three buildings in Jharkhand

Maoists have triggered a blast in three buildings of the forest department in Jharkhand's West Singhbhum district, police said on Friday. No loss of human life has been reported. They left behind a pamphlet calling for a boycott of the Lok Sabha elections, sources said.

The Maoists first blew up two-quarters of forest guards, each constructed at a cost of Rs 30 lakh, before blasting the third building in the Kuira forest area.

The Maoists stormed into Goelkera village on Thursday night and detonated explosives to blow up a portion of the building, Superintendent of Police Chandan Kumar Jha said.

"No loss of human life has been reported," the SP said.

The Maoists left behind a pamphlet calling for a boycott of the Lok Sabha elections, sources said.

Intro:चाईबासा। पश्चिम सिंहभूम जिले के कुइरा कोला वन वन प्रमंडल में नक्सलियों ने बड़ी घटना को अंजाम दिया है नक्सलियों ने गुरुवार की की मध्यरात्रि कुइरा गांव में वन विभाग के द्वारा एक विश्राम आधार और दो निर्माणाधीन भवन को दम लगा कर विस्फोट कर उड़ा दिया है।

Body:बताया जा रहा है कि कोल्हान प्रमंडल के वन रक्षकों के लिए वन विभाग के द्वारा क्वार्टर और बीट कार्यालय बनाए जा रहे थे जिसकी लागत लगभग 60 लाख रुपये से इन भवनों का निर्माण वन विभाग द्वारा कराया जा रहा था। नक्सलियों ने निर्माणाधीन भवनों के साथ साथ एक विश्रामागार को विस्फोट कर उड़ा दिया । इस दौरान नक्सलियों ने विश्रामगृह के समीप कई स्थानों पर पोस्टर बाजी की। नक्सलियों द्वारा लगाए गए पोस्टर में वोट बहिष्कार की अपील की गई है।

यहां यह भी बताना आवश्यक है कि इसके पूर्व इसी स्थान पर सन 25 नवंबर 2014 में झारखंड में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले भी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का चाईबासा में चुनावी सभा का आयोजन हुआ था और ठीक उसी दिन पीएम मोदी की सभा समाप्त होने के बाद नक्सलियों ने दो वाहनों को जलाकर वोट बहिष्कार करने की अपील की थी। साथी नक्सलियों ने विभिन्न जगहों पर पोस्टर भी लगा कर अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई थी।

पुलिस की मानें तो आज प्रकाश में आई यह घटना को नक्सलियों ने गुरुवार की देर रात अंजाम दिया है घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद चाईबासा के पुलिस अधीक्षक चंदन झा एवं अभियान एएसपी मनीष रंजन के साथ सीआरपीएफ के कमांडेंट पीसी गुप्ता अपने दल बल के साथ घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर खोजी स्वान एवं बम निरोधक दस्ता के सहारे पूरी घटना स्थल को खंगाला।
पुलिस अधीक्षक चंदन झा ने कहा कि नक्सलियों के द्वारा की गई यह कायराना हरकत से इस लोकसभा चुनाव पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा जिले में पुरी पुलिस फोर्स है और अतिरिक्त पुलिस जवान भी आ चुके हैं। नक्सलियों ने इस घटना को अंजाम देकर स्थानीय ग्रामीणों में भय का माहौल बनाने का प्रयास किया है। परंतु जिले में शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से लोकसभा चुनाव संपन्न करवाने को लेकर जिला प्रशासन कटिबद्ध है जिसके लिए अन्य क्षेत्रों से भी अतिरिक्त बल बुलाया जा रहे हैं।

Conclusion:अभियान एसपी मनीष रंजन ने कहा कि नक्सलियों के द्वारा लोकसभा चुनाव को देखते हुए नक्सलियों ने यह कायराना हरकत की है झारखंड पुलिस एवं सीआरपीएफ जवानों द्वारा लगातार कांबिंग ऑपरेशन चल आ जाने से नक्सली बैकफुट पर आ गए हैं। इसी कारण नक्सली अपने भय लोगों के दिलो-दिमाग में बैठाने को लेकर नक्सलियों ने इस घटना को अंजाम दिया है।
