New Delhi: Ranchi BJP MP Sanjay Seth has demanded the Jharkhand government to come up with a daily health bulletin in view of the increasing number of coronavirus infected people in the state.
In a video message released here, Seth said increasing number of the infected people was a cause of concern and the state government must inform people of Jharkhand everything about its preparedness to deal with the disease, which has killed over a lakh across the globe.
"The government must have a daily health bulletin, through which it should inform people of the state about its preparedness to handle the crisis and it should also tell people how many beds, hospitals, ventilators, testing kits and other stuff, which is required to handle the health crisis, is available with it," Seth said in the message.
The BJP MP also criticized people who were creating hurdles for medical staffers in dealing with the threat of COVID-19, and said it was deplorable if the medical practitioners, who out to save lives, were being humiliated by spitting on them.
"Anybody found indulging in such acts must be punished," the MP demanded.
