3 children of family die after eating stale food

The incident took place in Ramghati Chitang Tola of the district. It's learnt that the whole family of Babloo Heybrum, including his wife and three children, ate stale food and went to sleep on Monday night.

Pakur: Three children of a family died within hours of eating stale food, which had possibly turned poisonous.

The incident took place in Ramghati Chitang Tola of the district. It's learnt that the whole family of Babloo Heybrum, including his wife and three children, ate stale food and went to sleep on Monday night.

Soon after they started vomiting and had loose motions. The children died even before any medical help could have been arranged. While the husband-wife duo are in hospital.

Police have sent the bodies for postmortem and the district health officials have taken samples of the food that the family ate on the fateful night.
