Discussions were held with the BTP party. Before my arrival, our MPs and spokespersons had come to Bharuch and we thought that we would contest the local body elections and move forward slowly in the coming days.
"People have alleged that our party is contesting elections to win the BJP," Owaisi said. "I have said before that I am a fan of Indian politics. Everyone has the right to have their say. Although I have not been in the Gujarat elections so far, the Congress has lost and the BJP has won. We have not even contested the parliamentary elections, but the Congress has still lost." he said.
