New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) leader Santosh Ranjan Rai has filed a police complaint against Rajya Sabha MP of Aam Aadmi Party Sanjay Singh, saying "he was trying to disturb social peace by posting senseless comments" on the social media.
The AAP leader, in a tweet, had raised the question of why no Dalit was invited for 'bhoomi pujan' ceremony of Ram Temple in Ayodhya on August five.
Reacting to it, the BJYM lodged a complaint against him in the Parliament Street Police Station.
"Action should be taken against him as he has been disturbing social peace," he told ETV Bharat here.
He reiterated his demand for action against the AAP leader when asked if he would want him to apologize for the alleged peace disturbing comments.
Meanwhile, the AAP MP, reacting to the complaint, said they could get one thousand complaints registered against me but I will continue to fight for the rights of Dalits.
