Allegations:

1 The patient alleged that after the samples are taken for examination, they are not sent to the laboratory on time during which they are not handled properly.

2 He has further alleged that the test samples are kept in the rain outside due to which there can be variations in the final test reports.

3 He further alleged that due to the mishandling of the samples, most the final test reports are inconclusive.

The patient has orally narrated the whole incident in which he alleged that he was admitted to RML hospital on April 5 following breathing problems. His samples were taken on June 18, 23 and April 24 and each time his test reports came as inconclusive due to the alleged mishandling of the samples as they were not sent to the laboratory on time. He further alleged that he was told by the hospital administration that his samples will be taken after 10 days. The recovered patients are also not discharged on time.

The patient also said that the authorities claim that there are not many beds in the hospital, however, many patients who recover are not discharged due to which a lot of beds remain occupied. He also said that the test reports are not uploaded online but the patient is being informed verbally so that there remains no evidence of the inconclusive reports.

He also alleged that the doctors do not take proper care of the patients as most of the senior doctors do not visit the patients and the junior doctors also visit the wards only once.
