Tillu Tajpuriya was named as the prime conspirator in the Rohini court shootout case. In 2021, gangster Jitender Mann, alias Gogi, and two others were killed in a shootout at Room Number 207 of the Rohini court in northwest Delhi.
Gogi was involved in several criminal cases and jailed in Tihar. Gogi was being produced in court in 2021 when a rival group entered the premises disguised as lawyers, and opened fire at him. The counterintelligence team of Delhi police also opened fire on the assailants. Two of the shooters were killed in the incident. Gogi who had received multiple bullet injuries in the shoot out was rushed to a nearby hospital. He was declared dead by the doctors on arrival.
Earlier in 2021, another attack was planned on Tillu Tajpuriya by some gangsters. However, the Delhi Police was able to prevent the attack by nabbing four gangsters who were identified as Mohit, Sagar, Harsh and Sumit. They were from the gangs of Gogi, Ashok Pradhan and Lawrence Bishnoi.
