Delhi crime branch questions Rohit Tiwari's family

Delhi Police crime branch officials on Saturday questioned Rohit Shekhar Tiwari's wife Apoorva and her family members amid revelation that Shekhar died of smothering. According to information, there are seven CCTV cameras in the house of which two were not functioning when the deceased suffered cardiac arrest.

New Delhi: The Crime Branch of Delhi police on Saturday questioned Rohit Shekhar's family after the autopsy report revealed that he died due to smothering.

Crime Branch officials visited Rohit Shekhar's house in Defence Colony early morning at 8:30 am and questioned his family members and servants.

According to information, there are seven CCTV cameras in the house out of which two are not working.

On Friday, the Delhi police has registered a case of murder in connection with the death of Rohit, son of former UP and Uttarakhand Chief Minister ND Tiwari.
The case was registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code(IPC).

The testimony of his servants and visuals from the CCTV footage revealed that Rohit came to his house on April 15 in an inebriated condition. He slept till the evening of the following day as no one tried to wake him up, police said.

Rohit found dead with blood oozing out of his nose at 4 pm on Tuesday evening following which he was taken to the hospital.

दक्षिणी दिल्ली: उत्तराखंड और उत्तर प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रहे एनडी तिवारी के बेटे रोहित शेखर की मौत के मामले में अब हत्या का केस दर्ज कर लिया गया है इस बाबत शनिवार को सुबह क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम उनके डिफेंस कॉलोनी स्थित घर पर पहुंची है. जहां पर अभी परिजनों से पूछताछ की जा रही है. आपको बता दें कि पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट में मौत की वजह गला घोंटने की बात सामने आई है.जिसके बाद मामले की जांच क्राइम ब्रांच को सौंप दी गई है.

मैं आपको बता देगी शनिवार सुबह 8:30 बजे क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम उनके डिफेंस कॉलोनी स्तिथ C-329 कोठी पर पहुंची है.जहां परिजनों और नोकर से पुलिस जांच करने में जुटी हुई है. वही घर की एरिया में लगे सात सीसीटीवी कैमरे को भी जांचा जा रहा है. आपको बता दें कि शुक्रवार को भी क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम यहां पहुंची थी.लेकिन परिजन हरिद्वार गए हुए थे.जिसके बाद शनिवार को टीम पहुंची है.






Conclusion:
दो सीसीटीवी बताए जा रहे खराब
वहीं अभी तक कि जांच में पता चला है कि घर मे लगे 7 सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगे हैं. लेकिन क्राइम ब्रांच को दो सीसीटीवी खराब मिले हैं. जिसपर जांच की जा रही है.
