New Delhi: A four-year-old girl has found a unique way to celebrate her birthday this year. Instead of clubbing or partying, Delhi's Chhattarpur resident Sunishka Dhanwariya marks the occasion by planting trees.
"I want to give back to Mother Nature and there’s no better way to do that than to plant trees on the day of my birth and I am appealing to everyone to plant trees and save lives,” said Sunishka, who planted tree saplings near her house.
"Planting trees is the most efficient way to combat climate change and help protect the environment and I have promised that I will plant trees in my every birthday and I will take care of trees. I am hoping to take my plantation campaign to schools," she said.
By planting trees, this 4-year-old has proved that it is everyone's duty to love the environment and save the environment.
