Chhattisgargh villagers dye hair red to duck coronavirus

According to the villagers a few days ago, their God appeared in the dream of a villager. According to people, God asked the people of the entire village to dye their hair red to remain unharmed by the virus.

Durg (Chhattisgarh): The residents of Sirnabhata village which is located around 40 km from the district headquarters people have found a different way to dodge the novel Coronavirus. The people of the village believe that they will be unharmed by the virus if they dye their hair.

More than 300 people of Gauria Gond caste live with their families in more than 100 slums in Sirnabhata of Durg district. These days more than half of the members of this caste have dyed their hair red.

So far no symptoms of COVID-19 have been reported at Sirnabhata.
