New Delhi: A week after Bharatiya Janata Party chief JP Nadda announced to fight election with Janata Dal (United), and Lok Janshakti Party for the upcoming polls in Bihar, LJP spokesperson Sanjay Singh asserted that the party will take a final call on whether it will remain as an ally for the upcoming Bihar assembly election or pull out from the union.
The new development comes after months of verbal exchange between the two members of the ruling NDA.

Currently, LJP is a partner in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar.
While speaking to ETV Bharat, Singh said that the party is scheduled to hold a meeting of its parliamentary board in order to make the final decision on the seat-sharing formula for the upcoming assembly elections.
This comes after the alliance government in Bihar suffers huge criticism in fulfilling the promises made to people from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes during the 2015 elections.
JD-U had ended its 17-year-old alliance with BJP in 2013 but rejoined the BJP-led NDA in 2017 after snapping its ties with RJD.
The two parties had fought the last assembly polls against each other and fought the 2019 Lok Sabha polls together. Elections on 243 Assembly seats of Bihar is due in October-November.
The tenure of the current Assembly will end on November 29.
The Election Commission has not yet taken a final call on poll dates in Bihar due to the coronavirus pandemic.
