Bihar polls: Congress appoints Surjewala, Avinash Pandey as Bihar Observers ahead of results

Patna: After the completion of voting for the three phases of Bihar Assembly elections 2020, all exit polls are showing the victory of the Grand Alliance in Bihar. Meanwhile, Congress has started taking many big decisions before the election results are out.

Surjewala-Avinash Pandey appointed supervisors:

Before the results of Bihar elections, Congress President Sonia Gandhi appointed Congress general secretaries Randeep Singh Surjewala and Avinash Pandey as observers of Bihar, foreseeing the formation of a grand coalition government in Bihar. The two leaders will discuss the situation post the results, with the central leadership and even brainstorm further strategies.

Grand Alliance in Exit Polls:

The stronghold of the Grand Alliance is seen in all exit polls in Bihar. Times Now has predicted 120 seats for Mahagathbandhan, CVoter-ABP predicted 108 to 131 seats, Republic-Jan Ki Baat 118 to 138 seats, Times Now 120 and TV-9 to 115 to 125 seats.

The exit poll of Nitish government:

Exit polls show the NDA lagging behind the Grand Alliance. That is, if exit polls turn into results, then Nitish Kumar's exit from power is certain. The NDA is projected to get 104 to 128 seats by CVoter-ABP, 91 to 117 seats by Republic-Jan Ki Baat, Times Now 116 seats and TV-9 110 to 120 seats.
