Guwahati: Kevin Pietersen, former captain of the England cricket team is on a visit to Assam for a shooting of a documentary on the world famous one-horned rhinoceros at Kaziranga National Park.
Pietersen on Tuesday met with the state Forests and Environment Minister Parimal Suklabaidiya in this concern.

He is also accompanied by a team of professional filmmakers and directors from Australia.
Pietersen is also scheduled to visit the Manas National Park and Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary in the state and is also willing to take part in the opening ceremony of the Kaziranga Utsav to be held on March 11.
The former captain will remain at Kaziranga National Park until March 7.
