Lack of proper infrastructure in this remote area has hardly left any option; but to take the dangerous route for the school goers.

Along with over 50 school children, teachers too put ther lives at risk while crossing a side stream as there is no bridge connecting the interstate borders.

The situation during monsoons further adds another challenge as they have to take a longer route via Arunanchal Pradesh because of the overflowing river.

Everyday the students trek about 20-24 km for lack of basic development in the interior parts of the state.
