Guwahati: A state-run Ayurvedic college in Assam claimed that they have developed a 'Kwath', a medicated mixture dose like herbal tea which can boost the immunity of the Corona warriors.
Named as "Ayush Kwath", the dose was prepared by following the guidelines of the Ministry of Ayush, the government of India.

According to the doctors of the college, the Kwath is a mixture of ginger, tulsi, pepper, cinnamon etc. They claimed that consuming the Kwath twice a day can keep the Corona warriors away from the deadly virus.
The team of Doctors said that as of now they have prepared the Kwath only for the Ayurvedic doctors who are fighting against the coronavirus from the frontline.
"However, we can produce more for other corona warriors of the state if the government permits us to do so," said Dr Pranab Jyoti Baishya, a professor of the college.
"This Kwath will boost immunity. First, we will distribute this Kwath among the doctors and later, we will also distribute this among other Corona warriors if possible," Baishya said.
