BJP's Pema Khandu sworn-in as Arunachal Pradesh CM

BJP leader Pema Khandu took oath as the chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh. His oath was administered by Governor Brig (Retd) BD Mishra at the Dorjee Khandu Convention Centre in Arunachal.

Itanagar: Senior BJP leader Pema Khandu on Wednesday took oath as the chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh in the presence of the Governor of Arunachal Brig (retd) BD Mishra.

Another 11 ministers were also sworn in during the event.

Chief ministers of the neighbouring states were also present at the event.

BJP won 41 seats out of the 60 Assembly seats in the assembly elections in Arunachal Pradesh that took place simultaneously with the general elections.
