Anantapur: Ordering stuff online has become the norm amid the pandemic. The wait for one's treasured item is worth it after receiving it at home safely with good quality. But a handloom businessman from Anantapur had a shock of his day when he received his Amazon delivery for the inverter.
His excitement while receiving the order turned to resentment after opening the package. It was a five-kilogram weighing stone instead of an inverter for his house. In place of electrical circuits and boards, he found the stone sitting inside the inverter box.
The man has raised the complaint to Amazon executive in online mode. He received a reply that the matter will be investigated and fraudulent indulgence will be brought to light. The amount will be refunded to his bank account as well, as per the executives.
