Anantapur: The coronavirus suspects allegedly attacked on police at the quarantine centre in the SKD Engineering College in Gooty of Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday.
The circle inspector Rajasekhara Reddy along with two constables got injured in the incident.
Coronavirus suspects attack police in Andhra Pradesh
The protesters indulged in a fight with the police patrolling near the college. The protesters claimed that they will not have lunch until and unless they are allowed to go back home.
The police informed that they are not allowed to be sent back home until there is an order from the collector.
