A further 465 tests were carried out on players and staff from tiers three and four but no positive tests were returned.

A total of six rounds of games are left in the Championship, with the League One play-offs starting on Friday.

England’s second tier resumed on 20 June after the league was suspended on 13 March due to the global pandemic.

Meanwhile, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) has announced that the postponed Chinese Super League (CSL) 2020 season, which was originally scheduled to begin on February 22, will start from July 25.

Suzhou, in south China's Jiangsu Province, and Dalian, in the northern Liaoning Province, have been selected as the two host cities to start the season, said the CFA, without mentioning a specific league format in the statement.
