Jasprit Jasbirsingh Bumrah started his cricket career as a T20 specialist, however, currently, the Mumbai Indians pacer is one of the most lethal seamers in world cricket in all three formats.

The former New Zealand skipper spotted the right-hand pace bowler, with an unusual action during a T20 match in Hyderabad and he immediately recommended the Mumbai based IPL outfit to sign him up as a special talent.Bumrah, who is also among one of the fastest bowlers in Indian cricket, became the talking point among cricket enthusiasts way back in 2013 when he made his Indian Premier League debut for Mumbai Indians against Royal Challengers Bangalore.The right-arm paceman was just 19 when he played his first game and in the same game, he impressed many scalping three wickets giving away just 32 runs in four overs. It was the beginning of an era and he never looked back from there.

Kuldeep Yadav: The chinaman spinner

India's World Cup-bound chinaman spinner Kuldeep Yadav is yet another name who rose to fame owing to his IPL exploits. Kuldeep is the only Indian spinner who has a five-wicket haul in each format of the game.

Kuldeep, who is currently part of Kolkata Knight Riders squad, started his career as a pace bowler. But after receiving advice from his coach he changed his mind and remodelled his action to join the exclusive league of "left-arm chinaman". It was a career-changing decision from the 24-year-old.

Kuldeep Yadav came into the limelight during a Buchi Babu game in Chennai in 2013 when the Kolkata Knight Riders talent acquisition team spotted the talent in him and immediately started their effort in signing the youngster.

Amre saw Russell back in 2010 in England when he was playing for Windies A against India A. The former Ranji cricketer was so impressed with Russell's clean hitting that he immediately informed TA Sekhar, who was then associated with Delhi Daredevils team as a talent scout, about the Jamaican prodigy. Delhi bought Russell in IPL 2012 auction for 2.26 crores. However, the West Indies all-rounder failed to reach the pinnacle of his form. Two years later in 2014, KKR signed Russell and now the rest is history.
