Johannesburg: England's white-ball tour of South Africa, which is scheduled to start at the end of November, is at the risk of being cancelled due to the ongoing chaos at the Cricket South Africa, which is facing the wrath of Sports Minister Nathi Mthethwa.

"I don't know what the thinking is in England, but I have no doubt that if the members' council doesn't take a proper decision this evening England will probably be seriously discouraged from coming," Cricket South Africa's interim board chair Zak Yacoob told a press conference on Friday.

Yacoob, a former Constitutional Court judge, was appointed by sports minister Nathi Mthethwa to lead the proposed interim board on October 30. Word from England's camp at this stage is that it's "business as usual" for the tour. They are due to arrive on Monday to play South Africa in six white-ball internationals, starting on November 27.

The main issue behind the present scenario is that CSA's Members Council has not yet accepted the interim management appointed by the South African government two weeks ago.

In the meantime, the recent development left South Africa's cricketers' association worried, and they feared that the upcoming home series with England might get cancelled due to the administrative chaos at CSA.
