New Delhi: Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI) today raised concerned about the safety and security of Team India and urged cricketing bodies to sever ties with countries emanating terrorism.
COA Vinod Rai and Diana Edulji today convened a meeting to BCCI's concern and sentiments that emerged after attack on CRPF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir where 40 jawans lost their life.
"Most countries from which the members of the ICC hail, have strongly condemned this terrorist attack and expressed solidarity with India. BCCI urges the cricketing community to sever ties with countries from which terrorism emanates". said BCCI in a statement.
