Randeep Hooda stated that we should respect our Hindi language. He emphasized on the fact that if we respect a language that doesn't mean that we are disrespecting others. He wrote, "दो पंक्तियों के बाद अंग्रेज़ी का इस्तेमाल किया क्यूँकि भारत में ऐसे बहुत से लोग है जो हिंदी की लिपि नहीं पढ़ सकते। हिंदी का सम्मान करना किसी और भाषा को नीचा दिखाना नहीं हो सकता। हमारे देश में 1500 से अधिक भाषाएँ और बोली हैं। मेरी ख़ुद की बोली हरियाणवी है। एर मुझे उसपे गार्ब है🙏🏽 (We started using English after two lines because there are many people in India who cannot read Hindi script. Respecting Hindi language cannot degrade any other language. There are more than 1500 languages and dialects in our country. My own dialect is Haryanvi. And I am proud of it)."
